Shipping Policy

At Sierra Peak Coffee, LLC, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders:

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and expedited shipping (1-3 business days) within the United States.

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

 

Packaging

  • Our coffee is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives fresh and intact.

  • We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@sierrapeakcoffee.com or 832-727-7645 within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Sierra Peak Coffee, LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for coffee products unless there is a quality issue. Non-coffee items, such as branded merchandise, must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sierrapeakcoffee.com or 832-727-7645 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds for defective or damaged items will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. While coffee products are not eligible for exchanges, non-coffee items may be exchanged for a similar product if they meet the return criteria.
